why do the pieces looks slightly different from each other?
due to the human element of handmade ceramics, each piece may have slight variations. this does not make a piece defective - it just shows that they are not machine produced. product photographs are intended to be true representations of the items but slight differences in glaze tones or finishes might occur due to the temperament of the kiln when fired.

how should i care for my pieces?
pots made by lone ceramics are functional and intended for daily use. they are food safe, unless labelled otherwise.
general care:
- hand wash to preserve longevity.
- avoid sudden temperature changes.
- items will be individually labelled microwave safe as appropriate.
do you offer wholesale orders?
yes. lone ceramics is open to collaboration with the hospitality sector and brands. please fill in the enquiry form below or email our customer service team. all orders of this type are made specially and therefore require longer lead times to conceptualise and execute. please note that a deposit will be required upon signature of the contract.
do you ship internationally?
lone ceramics does not currently offer this, however it is something we may consider in the future.
do you offer returns?
due to the nature of the business we do not offer returns or refunds. despite significant testing prior to shipping, we appreciate that items may not always be satisfactory. if there are serious defects or breakages in transit we would look to offer replacements or discounts in the first instance. we do not offer this option for a change of mind. for more information please see our shipping and return page.
can my order be cancelled?
an order can be cancelled up to 24 hours after a purchase is made provided production has not yet commenced. once a piece enters the production stage, cancellations are not possible.
