shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
our primary shipping method is through royal mail. express shipping and 48 hour tracked delivery is offered with this service.
we aim to ship pieces within 2 days of purchase.
production or bulk orders will be priced separately and confirmed on receipt of your order. these orders have a turn around time of approximately 6-7 weeks and are sent out as soon as they are ready. however, please bear in mind that the time frame may alter depending on scale and complexity of the project. this will be discussed with you prior to confirmation of our working together.
handmaking ceramics involves a lot of skill, but mostly luck and blessings from the kiln gods. if there are issues in the production process that means the pieces do not pass quality assurance, we will contact you to inform you of this and provide you with an adjusted time scale of deliverance. in cases such as these, your order will be remade or offered one of the following options:

at this present time we do not offer international shipping. we are looking to expand in the near future.
returns
due to the nature of pottery, lone ceramics cannot offer returns or refunds.
however, if you experience a breakage during shipping, then please contact our customer service team within 7 days so we can rectify the issue.
once an item has been purchased at a market, we do not accept liability for breakage once you have left the stall. our pieces are extensively tested prior to reaching the market, however if they fail (for leaking etc) then please contact our customer service team within 3 days.
