the origins

lone ceramics is a suffolk based ceramics studio founded by jess, a potter drawn to the sublime. ​

borne from a kindship with mother earth, lone ceramics honours her through moody, rich tones inspired by the local landscape. experimenting with shape and texture gives the pieces a sense of uniqueness whilst grounding them in jess's personality. the result - subtle, uncomplicated art that compliments any minimalist space.

 

whether they perch on a display shelf, or intimately rest in the curvature of your hand, these functional pieces are intended to sit with you in the small moments of your day. ​
